Heather B. Quick is a native from Jacksonville, Florida. She is the third generation in her family to start a law firm in Jacksonville Beach. After attending law school at Stetson University College of Law, Heather was a prosecutor in the St. Petersburg area. While prosecuting in the St. Petersburg area, Heather handled hundreds of cases involving DUI charges, including jury trials, as well as drug offenses, domestic violence and traffic violations.
When she returned home to Jacksonville Beach, she began practicing criminal defense and family law. Over the past ten years she has continued to practice in the areas of criminal defense with a focus on DUI and family law. As a former prosecutor, she knows how the State prepares and handles criminal matters and can take the steps necessary to fully protect your rights.

My Philosophy:
I fix DUI problems because you deserve an lawyer and not just any lawyer, one who understands your unique problems and concerns. As a prosecutor, I went to work every day with the thrill of putting folks in jail for committing misdemeanor crimes. What I’ve learned in ten years of practicing law (as well as life experience) is that good people make mistakes, and jail is not always the answer for those mistakes.
